All pricing, lead times, MOQ requirements, and order terms are subject to confirmation at the time of enquiry. Nothing discussed prior to written confirmation constitutes a binding agreement. Orders are confirmed only upon written agreement of specifications, pricing, and payment terms by both parties.

Sampling

Sample requests are subject to separate discussion regarding sample costs, lead times, and applicable deductions upon placing a production order. Sample approval does not automatically constitute a production order.

Custom and Private Label Development

Custom specifications, private label requirements, branding, packaging, leather selection, and hardware finishes are developed through direct discussion and confirmed in writing prior to production. F&A International retains no obligation to produce goods under specifications that have not been mutually confirmed.
